The Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race is a one day sprint adventure race over 30 to 50 km of ruggest West Coast Terrain. Disciplines include mountain biking, trail running, trekking, kayaking and orienteering. Race solo or in teams of two or four, then celebrate with a superb post-race party!
